While this is a public website, only residents who live in Brighton Park Village, Midtown, and Del Webb are able to reserve facilities and register for events. Residents must create an account that will be reviewed and approved for residency. You will receive an email letting you know when it has been approved. Please allow 48-72 business hours for your account to be verified. Please visit either link below for instructions on creating an account on a desktop or mobile device.
To sign up for lifestyle events, go to the CivicRec website and select 'Lifestyle Events.' Then select the event you wish to sign up for; please sign in to your account if you still need to do so. Then, choose the number of registrants, add to your cart, and check out. It's as simple as that! If you encounter any problems registering for an event or simply have a question, please reach out to the POA.
Facility Rental Requests
At this time, the Annex, BPV Swim Club Pavilion (off-season only), Midtown Club (Flex Room & Living Room), Tennis and Pickleball Courts are available to reserve through the Facility Rentals tab. Once you select a facility, date, and time that works for you, click "Add to Cart." The system will then prompt you through the checkout process. Once submitted, the Association will receive a notification to review your rental request. If approved, payment for the facility must be made within 48 hours. The Greeting House will be available at a later date. Please visit the link below for step-by-step instructions.
