Shawntelle is a licensed South Carolina Residential Builder and Real Estate Agent with over 25 years of experience in the construction and real estate industries. After retiring from the Navy, Shawntelle made South Carolina her home but still maintains her passion for the Pittsburgh Steelers! She is joining our team as the new Commercial Association Manager!
Shawntelle is the proud mother of three beautiful children who enjoys playing golf, reading, writing, and listening to music.

Jackie studied Human Development & Family Studies at UConn and hopes to bring her knowledge to the team to elevate Nexton's programming, events, and communications.
Outside of work, Jackie enjoys taking her rescue pups, Moose & Willow, on long walks, exploring Charleston's culinary scene with her fiancé, and traveling.
Jay Gotham
Maintenance Supervisor
Jay has a background in security, and general maintenance, and is a certified SC Pool Operator of Record.
When he's not acting as the "dad of the office," as we so lovingly refer to him, Jay enjoys spending time with his wife, Nina, and their 3 kiddos. Jay also has a passion for martial arts and kayaking, so if you see him around the neighborhood, feel free to strike up a conversation about your favorite local kayaking spot!

Frank Blanchfield
Maintenance Associate
Originally from Brooklyn, NY, Frank migrated to the South in 2009. Before trading in his snow boots for southern roots, Frank worked as an emergency crew mechanic for the NYFD for 31 years.
In his free time, you can catch him watching whatever sports game is on the TV, but he'll never miss watching a Mets or Giants game.

Hannah Zegley
Administrative Assistant
Having lived all around the world, from Germany to Wyoming, Hannah found her way to Nexton! When she's not busy bringing laughs to her fellow team members, she is furthering her education in Community Management in hopes of earning her certifications.
Hannah's free time consists of attending Charleston events, sightseeing with her dog Jax, and catching up with friends!
Joshua Legare
Community Standards Coordinator
Born and raised in the Carolinas, Joshua has had a wide array of experience in Human Resources, Customer Service and has even been a Diesel Mechanic. His role as Community Standards Coordinator is to enforce community standards and assist residents through the Design Review process.
Joshua is interested in photography, traveling, and learning new things.

Lanah recently graduated from the University of South Carolina with a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communications. With a concentration in media studies, Lanah has a vast understanding of all things social media and communications.
In her free time, you can find Lanah at any social event; from concerts to farmer’s markets to local thrift pop-ups, you’re sure to see her there!
