Nexton offers a selection of amenities designed to enhance your lifestyle and grow community connections! Residents enjoy access to resort-style pools, a fitness center, walking and biking trails, and parks perfect for relaxing or gathering with neighbors, friends, and family. The Midtown Club, Brighton Park Swim Club, and other community spaces host a variety of social events, fitness classes, and recreational activities throughout the year.
Amenity Access Cards/Fobs
Most amenities are accessible via amenity cards and fobs. To receive your amenity cards and access all of the beautiful amenities Nexton has to offer, make sure you fill out a homeowner information sheet! Email us a copy of the completed sheet at poa@livenexton.com, then stop by the Greeting House at 106 Greeting House Rd. to receive two free amenity cards! You can also bring a physical copy or fill out a form at the Greeting House.
Please note:
- Amenity cards cannot be distributed until you have closed on your home.
- Replacements for lost or stolen amenity cards are $25 each.
- If desired, cards can be upgraded to key fobs that can be attached to your keychain for $30 each. The replacement price for lost or stolen fobs is still $30.
- Each household has a limit of two access cards (or fobs) per household, regardless of the number of occupants. Each cardholder is allowed up to four guests.
- We can only accept credit/debit card or check payments for amenity cards and fobs.
- We cannot mail cards or fobs.
