We are so glad you've decided to make Nexton your home. We are always excited to meet new residents and help answer any questions you might have about your new community!

Nexton is made up of several neighborhoods, but the ones that make up the Nexton Residential Association are Brighton Park Village, Midtown, and Del Webb Nexton. All residents of these neighborhoods are invited to participate in our Lifestyle Events, access Nexton amenities, participate in meetings, and more!

Communications We currently have two main ways in which we communicate with residents: Newsletters and Social Media. Our weekly, monthly, and one-off emails sent through Constant Contact include important information about happenings in the community such as Lifestyle events and community updates for things like construction, closures, and more. Our Instagram and Facebook pages consist of not only important news updates but also fun, engaging content reflecting the joys of life in the community! We try to keep it full of pictures and videos from events and reminders for those events. From local restaurants and specialty shops to professional services and entertainment venues, you’ll find a variety of options right at your fingertips, and more on the way. Pay Dues Nexton Residential Association assessment dues are billed bi-annually on January 1st and July 1st. They cover basic maintenance and upkeep of common areas in the community and the Brighton Park and Midtown amenities. These contributions help keep our shared spaces clean, safe, and welcoming for everyone. They also ensure that amenities are well-maintained and ready to enjoy year-round.		Amenities Nexton offers a selection of amenities designed to enhance your lifestyle and grow community connections! Residents enjoy access to pools, a fitness center, sports courts, walking and biking trails, and parks perfect for relaxing or gathering with neighbors, friends, and family. The Midtown Club, Brighton Park Swim Club, and other community spaces host a variety of social events, fitness classes, and recreational activities throughout the year.
